Washington County phone: 812-883-9701 Provides a Family Resource Center and referral resources by a trained family resource specialist. Home visitation services are provided by trained Family Support specialists who visit prenatal families or mothers of newborns once a week for about an hour to encourage positive parent/child interaction, build on family strengths and refer to other services as needed. This voluntary program requires no income guidelines or cost to the families. The mother must be prenatal or have a newborn not older than three months. |
