The council provides programs for substance abuse awareness, education, prevention and scholarships for youth inpatient treatment. Mini-grants are awarded to groups providing substance abuse activities, school presentations. The council also administers the Drug Free Community Support Program and the Tobacco Settlement Grant. Hours: M-F 8:30-4:00.
