Who
we are
After working individually with various non-profit
organizations, the founders of Resourciv witnessed firsthand the
limited resources available to non-profits, and how that affected
their ability to thrive and grow. In response to this identified
need, Resourciv was formed in the Spring of 2004. Incorporated in
the Spring of 2005, Resourciv now offers a comprehensive array of
services to support non profit organizations.
Management Bios:
Susan Sanders
Co-founder and CEO
Throughout her career, Susan has worked with many
organizations from Fortune 500 corporations to small charitable
non profits developing marketing and communications strategies that
leverage technology. In the past 9 years, Susan has led the development
of numerous websites and web-based software applications.
In 2001, Susan launched an independent consulting
firm specializing in strategic Web and communications. Projects
included Web and content management application development for
Southern California Edison, and the development of Web sites and
e-marketing strategies for small organizations. From her experience
working various non-profit organizations, as a volunteer , employee
and consultant, she witnessed firsthand the limited resources available
to non-profits, and how that affected their ability to thrive and
grow. In 2004, based on the suggestion of the Executive Director
of one of her clients, Susan Sanders launched Resourciv.
She is a volunteer with non-profit organizations,
including Fight 2 Walk and Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra, and previously
served 2 years on the Board of Directors for IABC/LA. Susan holds
a B.A. in Management and received her MBA from Arizona State University.
Leann Fields
Co-founder and COO
Leann has over 15 years experience in training and
human resource management. Most recently, she worked as a consultant,
specializing in change management and team building for both private
corporations and government industries in Southern California. Other
areas of expertise include organizational development, customer
service delivery, HR planning, recruiting, and staffing.
She is also active with non-profit organizations
including Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra, The Inyo County Coalition
of Chambers of Commerce, where she currently serves as Chairman.
In addition, she was recently appointed to the Inyo County Children’s
Services Council by the County Board of Supervisors. She holds a
B.S. in Business Management and is a certified trainer for Relationship
Awareness® and Mediation Skills for Managers.
Shawn Curtis
Information Technology
Shawn has over 15 years of experience in the information
technology and services field. During his career he has developed
and managed numerous software and Internet applications. In addition
he has successfully managed the IT and development teams of a number
of different corporations in a variety of industries.
Some of Shawn’s recent successes include; managing
the technology team at WeightWatchers.com from its early inception
stages through its recent launch into various global market places,
successfully managing the launch of a state of the art educational
learning management tool in the State of Florida, and helping many
other startups to become thriving businesses.
Shawn holds many IT related certifications including;
PMI, MCSE, MCSD, and OCP. He also obtained a Master in Computer
Science from St. Petersburg College.
